Agreement

By creating an account or using Lumina, you agree to these terms. Lumina is provided by Soma AI. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Lumina is not medical advice

Lumina is an informational and educational tool. It helps you understand your health data and prepare for conversations with your healthcare providers. It does not diagnose conditions, prescribe treatments, or replace the judgment of a qualified medical professional. Always consult your doctor before making health decisions based on information from Lumina or any other source.

Your account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information when creating your account. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. If you manage health data for dependents (such as children), you represent that you have legal authority to do so.

Acceptable use

You agree to:

• Provide accurate health data. Lumina's analysis is only as good as the data you provide.
• Not use Lumina to harm others or to make health decisions for others without their consent.
• Not attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the underlying algorithms or AI models.
• Not use automated tools to scrape, harvest, or bulk-access Lumina's services.

Sharing and collaboration

When you share your health data with others through Lumina's sharing features, you are granting them access to the data you choose to share. You can revoke this access at any time. Lumina logs all access to shared data for your review. You are responsible for choosing who you share your health data with.

AI-generated content

Lumina's AI-generated insights, summaries, and analysis are produced by artificial intelligence and may contain errors. AI outputs are informational, not diagnostic. They should be reviewed critically and discussed with qualified healthcare providers. Lumina does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or clinical relevance of AI-generated content.

Intellectual property

Lumina's software, design, content, and AI systems are the property of Soma AI. Your health data remains yours — we claim no ownership over data you provide. You grant Soma AI a limited license to process your data solely for the purpose of providing the Lumina service.

Account termination

You may delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, your data enters a 30-day deletion grace period, after which it is permanently removed.

Limitation of liability

Lumina is provided as-is. Soma AI is not liable for any health decisions made based on Lumina's outputs. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Soma AI's total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as Lumina evolves. Significant changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification. Continued use of Lumina after changes constitutes acceptance.
