- •All protocols, supplements, and medications
- •Health goals and progress tracking
- •All shared access permissions
- •Appointments and reminders
30-Day Grace Period
After you request deletion, your account will be scheduled for removal in 30 days. You can cancel the deletion request at any time during this period by logging back in.
Export Your Data First
Before deleting your account, you can download a backup of your health data.
